I designed this course to train new health care employees on the key policies and practices of the HIPAA Privacy Rule.

• Tab interactions to chunk information and for learners to engage with content

• Knowledge check questions to assess learner's knowledge of the HIPAA Privacy Rule

• Branching scenarios for learners to explore how to respond to a patient and a person calling on behalf of a patient

I designed this gamification interaction as a training review for upskilled agents working in Operations.

• There are six knowledge check questions. 

  • One object in each room leads to a knowledge check question.

  • Each knowledge check question has to be answered correctly to successfully escape the room.
